In this episode of Jalapeña!, Jason Roy Gaston and VHS_Jase tackle the Gargoyles episode “Vows,” where time travel is used not to fix world hunger, but to let Goliath crash an awkward wedding. It’s Shakespearean drama meets Saturday morning cartoon — basically the CW, but with wings and stone skin.
Jason screams about destiny like he’s trying to win an Oscar, while Jase dryly points out that half the characters need a therapist and the other half need a calendar. Vows are exchanged, broken, and trampled on — meanwhile, Jason vows to stop eating tacos before recording… and lies to our faces.
