Roasting The Northwest Territories | Travels with Jason

I meant to take a quick detour to the Yukon… but one wrong turn, a moose detour, and several hundred kilometers later, *bam*—I accidentally ended up in the Northwest Territories. And let me tell you, it’s cold, remote, and has more mosquitoes than people—but somehow, it’s still kind of awesome?

In this video, I roast the Northwest Territories like it’s a marshmallow over a campfire that never goes out during 24-hour daylight. From Yellowknife (aka “The Vegas of Permafrost”) to highways that are more suggestion than infrastructure, I lovingly take aim at the land where GPS fears to tread.

So pack your bug spray, grab your sense of direction, and prepare for the most isolated roast north of 60. Don’t worry, NWT… I joke because I care. (And because your license plates are shaped like bears.)
